1. Body material: shell, hopper, backdoor (thickness:4mm SUB304 Stainless Steel)

2. Electrical Box: thickness: 2mm Sub304.stainless Steel

3.Auger Parts:U-shape botto is made of 6mm SUB304 stainless steel, frontpart is made of 12mm reinforce panel, and backpart is 14mm.It is weld.

 4. Auger, reamer, auger box, Harvard clips, Soame cap, speed reduction back axel box, pedals plate and other parts is made of Sub304.

5.Reinforce material inside machine is Q235, such as square tube 100x50x4 and 100x50x4, groove 100x50x4, motor support, etc.

6. Shaft,orifice plate,cutter is made of 40Cr material.

7.Motor sheave：International standard tension B with 6 sheave ball cast iron material.

8. Low noise tong torque reducer( cast steel shell, gear technology)
